5. Final Paper Requirements:
• Paper Length: Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 size. Each page in excess of 6 will incur an extra charge of CNY300.
The conference does not accept papers exceeding 8 pages. Please notice that too short papers (four pages or less) are not acceptable
for DDCLS'26 conference proceedings. Papers submitted as the extended abstract type
(including Extended Abstract and Invited Extended Abstract) should be limited to 2-4 pages.
• Formatting: Due to the tight schedule for compiling the conference proceedings, authors are urged to strictly adhere
to the formatting guidelines provided in the template. Additionally, authors should carefully revise the final papers based on the
reviewer comments and the acceptance notification email, ensuring compliance with the standards for paper writing and formatting.
This will help minimize delays caused by revisions due to inadequate formatting. Papers that fail to meet the requirements after
multiple revisions may not be included in the conference proceedings.
• All authors of the paper must register for a PIN code in the TCCT Conference Paper Management System
(
http://cms.amss.ac.cn/).
In the "Final Submission" form, authors must correctly enter the number of authors and provide the PIN codes of all authors
in the order they appear in the paper. Otherwise, their names and personal information will not appear in any conference materials.
The corresponding author of the paper can modify, add, or delete author information when submitting the final paper.
If a change of corresponding author is needed, the original corresponding author should send an email to
secretary_ddcls@163.com
indicating the paper number and the PIN code of the new corresponding author.
6. The official Acceptance Letter is released electronically and can be downloaded from your manuscript center
in TCCT Conference Paper Management System.
7. The technical program and information for transportation and hotel room reservation
will be released on the conference website recently
(
Transportation).
8. After final submission, the author will be required to sign the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Agreement (eCF)
through the TCCT Paper Management System at
http://cms.amss.ac.cn/
when the eCF transfer portal is ready and the notice email is sent.
The title of the paper and the names of all authors filled in the copyright transfer form must be exactly identical to the information
entered in the paper management system and the information in the PDF document for your final submission.
The generated eCF file can be downloaded and saved, and there is no need to upload it to the TCCT Conference Paper Management System.
The English title of the paper should comply with basic grammar rules and the use of phrases like
"Study on" or "Research on" is grammatically forbidden.
