1. Deadline for online registration: 10th April, 2026
2. Participant with accepted paper must register online first. Both online and on-site registration are available for other participants.
3. The conference will provide all registered participants with The Conference Final Announcement as conference invitation and necessary document. Beijing Dinghui Technology Service Co., Ltd. assists in handling conference registration fees and issuing relevant proof materials (certificates). This company can only issue invoices for conference fees and conference registration fees. The company has entrusted Yizhifu as the online payment platform for registration fees.
4. Required information for ONLINE registration: paper ID, name, IEEE member (if available), institute, affiliation, contact information (mobile and email). Only CNY is acceptable. Please choose a proper type for your registration and payment.

Note: 1) Each corresponding author (or each first author) can register and submit final papers for up to two papers with his/her name. If more than two papers are submitted by the same author, new registration and new payment are required. 2) For each non-extended-abstract paper, the page limit is generally 6 pages. For papers exceeding 6 pages, an additional fee of CNY 300 per page is charged for each extra page, with a maximum length of 8 pages per paper. Extended abstract papers are limited to 2-4 pages. 3) Each registered paper allows one author to attend the conference. If other authors want to attend, they must register as attendee without paper submission. 4) The registration fee for each paper or each non-student attendee without paper submission includes the following expenses, one copy of the conference materials, and meals during the conference. |
6. For each online payment, one registration is applied for one attendee. For multiple attendees’ registration, please make multiple payments.
7. Online payments support debit and credit cards with the China UnionPay logo. Due to restrictions or limitations in payment channels, some official cards may not be able to make online payment through the UnionPay network. Please contact your local issuing bank or use alternative payment methods such as public-to-public payment. If you encounter any other payment issues, please email (kxlsw726@126.com) for assistance.
8. Invoice: Please specify the invoice title, purchase item (conference fee or conference registration fee), and the taxpayer identification number. Beijing Dinhui Technology Service Co., Ltd. will issue electronic invoices to all registered attendees. Individual that needs the invoice must provide the correct email address during registration and will receive the electronic invoice in their email inbox approximately two weeks after registration. For any inquiry related with invoice, please email (kxlsw726@126.com) for assistance.
9. It is strongly recommended to utilize online payments (as public-to-public payment may spend more time). If you are unable to pay the registration fee online, please use the corporate account information below for public-to-public payment. Please indicate "DDCLS26 + paper number" in the transfer remarks. After a successful transfer, send an email to kxlsw726@126.com and make a copy to secretary_ddcls@163.com, specifying the invoice title, purchase item (conference fee or conference registration fee), and the taxpayer identification number, scanned public-to-public payment voucher, and IEEE membership number (optional). The only authorized company for collecting registration fees for DDCLS’26 conference is Beijing Dinhui Technology Service Co., Ltd. Do not transfer to any other accounts or personal accounts.

10. For other attendees, on-site registration fees will be charged according to the registration policy for attendee without paper submission.

Online payment using UnionPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay can be accepted. For UnionPay payments, ensure that your bank card has been activated online payment function, specific payment procedures may vary depending on the bank. For the payment by WeChat Pay and Alipay, please scan a QR code generated on the computer with a mobile phone to complete the payment.

2. Further information about the final program, hotel reservation and Conference Final Announcement will be released later on the conference website.

会议注册方法
1. 网上注册截止日期为 2026年4月10日。
2. 会议论文采用提前网上注册的方式，同时也接受无论文参会人员的现场注册。
3. 会议为所有注册参会者提供参会通知及相关必要的证明材料。北京定慧科技服务有限公司，协助处理会议注册缴费及开具发票等事宜，该公司只能开具会议费和会议注册费发票。该公司委托易支付作为注册费的网上支付平台。
4. 在网上注册时请认真填写注册参会人员的相关信息（中文即可），务必注明注册论文编号以及参会人员姓名、IEEE会员号或CAA会员号、单位名称、联系方式、电子邮箱等，再选择合适的注册类型进行付款，网上支付仅接受人民币。
5. DDCLS’26会议的注册费标准：

说明： 1）每位通讯作者（或者每位第一作者）最多可一次为符合其署名要求的两篇论文注册并提交终稿，如超过两篇则需重新注册缴费。 2）每篇非长摘要类型的论文一般限6页；超过6页的，每超1页加收300元超页费；每篇论文最长不得超过8页。长摘要类型的论文限2-4页。 3）每篇注册论文允许一位作者参会，其他作者若要参会，请选择无论文情况另行注册。 4）每篇论文或每位无论文参会人员的注册费包括以下费用：一份会议材料，一份会议期间的餐费。 |
6. 每次网上支付只能为一名参会人员进行注册，多人注册参会请多次支付。
7. 网上支付支持带有中国银联标志的借记卡和信用卡。由于支付受限或支付渠道等原因，部分地区的公务卡可能无法通过银联网上支付，请联系本地的发卡行或者采用对公转账等其他方式支付注册费。支付中如遇其他问题请发邮件（kxlsw726@126.com），或电话13321118726（孔老师）联系。
8. 发票开具：在后附的个人注册（即报名缴费）页面中注明发票抬头、内容（会议费或会议注册费）、发票抬头单位的纳税人识别号（必填）。由北京定慧科技服务有限公司为所有注册人员统一提供电子发票，需要发票的人员务必在注册时提供正确的电子邮箱，并在注册后两周后从邮箱查收开具的电子发票。发票相关问题请发邮件（kxlsw726@126.com），或电话13321118726（孔老师）联系。
9. 强烈建议优先使用网上支付（对公转账到账时间较长，影响开通终稿提交的时间）。无法网上缴纳注册费的请使用下面的对公账号信息，转账备注请写：DDCLS26+论文编号。转账成功后，发送邮件到kxlsw726@126.com并抄送至secretary_ddcls@163.com，说明发票抬头、内容（会议费、会议注册费）、纳税人识别号、扫描的对公转帐凭证和IEEE会员号或CAA会员号（选填）。本次会议注册唯一授权代收费公司为：北京定慧科技服务有限公司。请勿转账或汇款到其他账户或个人账户。

个人注册：
支付方式有银联支付、微信支付和支付宝支付三种方式：其中银联支付需要银行卡开通网上支付功能，具体操作以各银行页面为准；微信和支付宝支付是电脑端生成二维码，用手机扫码支付。
